A New Video

I’m delighted to have my photo film up on the website now.

It gives you the chance to see the surroundings I’m lucky enough to work in: peace and quiet aren’t absolutely essential for hypnosis, but they can bring relaxation on even faster. You will see how quiet it is, and how we are surrounded by nature.

I have answered some questions about what goes on in my solution focused therapy sessions, and you will sees some of the diagrams I draw to explain the workings of the brain.

I believe the film, with the sample session which is also there on the website, really helps make a breakthrough in understanding. Now you can find out how to get your thinking processes working in the best possible way for you. As I say in the film ‘Change your thinking, change your life!’
