At this time of year, it can easily feel overwhelming.  Simply too much to do!  And especially for working mothers.  

My job is to help you take your focus from the daunting bigger picture, to something nicely specific and do-able.

When we have a pile of things to do, it can be very tempting to multi-task.  But that can be counterproductive.  Focusing on one task at a time means that you do it more effectively, and quickly, and it’s more satisfying.  And the feeling of achievement comes when you can tick that one off your list.

If the task seems overwhelming, then it’s easier when taken in small chunks.  Each chunk can generate a small feeling of achievement.  And that feeling of achievement helps to take the stress out of the situation.  And it feels satisfying, solving things, one step at a time.
